Her wisdom spans the complexities of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, allowing her to lead the Mike & Mike Services teams across Virginia and Florida with unmatched clarity. Since joining the company in July 2024, Mandy’s rapid ascent to Service Manager serves as a testament to her technical intuition and “service-first” philosophy.

Mandy’s roots in Virginia Beach go back to age five, when the Navy first stationed her family here.
